Found out late Saturday night that our septic tank was full and water was backing into the house really bad. Texted Rattee septic on Sunday and they said while they couldn't do anything that day, they could do Monday morning. I was expecting them to tell me a timeframe, even later in the morning, for them to show up. Just after 7am they were pulling into the driveway. Amazing communication and such fast service, I will absolutely be using them again!

I found out that my leach field was completely corroded after having another company come out to my place that was supposed to restore the field. They told me my field was completely gone and gave me an absurd price to have the field replaced. I put an application for a permit into the City and the city inspector had recommended Rattee septic to do the job. I also had a family friend recommend them as well as several Neighbors. The gentleman from the city actually called Tim for me and set up the entire process. It was very affordable and the job was quoted and field installed within just a few weeks of discovering the problem. He did the job in a timely fashion and above all he did what was promised, at the price he promised, when he promised to do it. Thanks for helping me out and for the good conversation.
