I, too, would give ZERO stars if it were an option! Owner was not knowledgeable about the service. Could not figure out a small problem. Extremely rude and will never have him back again. He was very unprofessional. He wouldn't answer calls to him, didn't come back when he said he would and didn't have the courtesy to call and also advised his secretary not to answer my in-law's calls. He was going to charge $10,000 for a $218 problem with GEO Thermal unit.

Technician was very rude and refused to come repair furnace after technician stated that he would come fix my furnace. It's summer and it has caused an inconvenience for my family. Won't refer anyone to this company unless you are looking to be disappointed, treated poorly and completely disrespected. Will be looking for a new company asap.

Did a complete and excellent job installing geothermal system. Got all permits. Provided own electrical contractors, plumber. Did everything just as he said it would be. Accomplished this in a very short time. Working great for over a year and a half. Would recommend service to anyone.

Terrible! Don't waste time or money on this place. I'd give them ZERO stars if it were possible. Was supposed to take care of a Geo-Thermal problem for a friend of mine. Had her waiting for over 3 weeks. When she called to inquire about when they would be coming, he (don't know his name) berated her and said, "that's why I don't want to deal with YOU PEOPLE." How horrible is that? Prejudice to the max and she will be filing a complaint with the State of Michigan regarding this shabby, unprofessional treatment.

Had them do a closed loop..did not put dirt back under deck...promised to make it right...has yet to do so...is not a man of his word
