They may have been friendly and helpful 2, 3 and 4 years ago, but now is not the case. Employers, county workers, state workers.... they're all having a hard time finding decent employees willing to work and we all suffer. Barking at people to not put in this box it goes in that box way over there. And after I had dumped in several plastic bottles into the bin that said "plastic" , he barked at me "NO ...those must go inside". Then I had some other items that I was told to take back home & place in the trash barrel. ( cardboard and "clean" peanut butter jars) I hope things get better, but I doubt it.

People here are helpful and courteous. Unfortunately they are not open on Saturday when my son is off work and I'm here to help. In my county they are open all day Wednesday and Saturday morning so those who work can access the facility.

I wish they had a day with extended hours though, or were open a short time on Saturday! My husband has to leave work a half hour early to make it there before they close.
