Good looking mobile park. Managrment needs better people skills and to heed ADA rules for non-discrimination and inclusion. Still the same non-inclusive and restrictive attitude. ADA needs to be contacted. I will do so on Monday.

Anna was great to work with. She went over and beyond to make our move perfect.. I will recommend this park. The grounds are well kept Christina also was great to work with . She helped so much to get me approved.

I moved in August of 2019. The lot rent was 350.. it's now December 2023 and starting in February the total will be 475. If increases continue at this rate I won't be able to afford my home.
When Havenpark owned Sugar Tree they kept raising and raising promising year after year that improvements would be made and all they managed to do was install new road and stop signs which didn't need replacing, they did it for aesthetic. The managers were good but now Havenpark sold it to this new company, who run several parks so GOOD LUCK getting in contact with the management... it took a week to get an email reply. I get it, she's busy but maybe they should have kept the previous manager who was in the office DAILY.
and without Adam doing maintenance, there is garbage all over the lots, so many people use Sugar Tree as a thoroughfare to Walmart and toss their trash around.
I can't wait until we see significant snow fall, I doubt they will be as diligent as Adam was with keeping roads clean and clear.
My 5 star review is now 2, and until I see some improvement it will not change!

-FIX THE LIGHTS WHICH ARE BURNED OUT ALL OVER THE PARK
-PUT PARKING ON CAMBRIDGE LANE SO OWNERS WITH MULTIPLE CARS STOP PARKING AND DRIVING ON THE GRASS
-PUT UP A SMALL PLAY AREA FOR KIDS SO THEY STOP PLAYING ON FIRE HYDRANTS AND IN THE ROAD
-HIRE SOMEONE TO CLEAN UP THE TRASH AND COLLECT THE 20+ STRAY CATS AROUND THAT DIG IN GARBAGE
We pay far too much for so little this is the most expensive lot rent in Tuscola and it isn't worth it! I will sell like many others are!
