        Place is always flooded when it rains. Manage and maintenance people are dishonest. Lot of drug activity. In my opinion it sucks.

        Lot rent is $380 and up. Management is trying to make it a better place for her residents in the park. Woodsie place. They have mobile homes that need a little TLC .. They look out for their residents in the park. Check it out & See for yourself.
