If I could give this place no stars I would! I walked in at 6:50p (clinic closed at 8p) and after I started to sign in I was greeted by a staff member. At first I was asked if I had been to the clinic which I responded no. The staff member then looked at the clock and stated that there was only a pediatrician on for the "last hour" and they could not see me with no further questions asked. Well if that pediatrician could not diagnose strep throat in an adult and prescribe an antibiotic I would not want said ped to see my son either! When I was an RN working in an express care clinic we kept our door open until the posted closing time and saw any patient who walked through the door.

Not actually open on Sat at 10 even though the sign says they are and the voice recording says they are and the website says they are. Change your hours if you can't be there! So unprofessional.

I showed up about a half hour after the clinic is supposed to be open. The sign was blinking open in the window but their doors were locked. My daughter and I both knocked and no one responded. There was no movement in the window at all. Had they been open on time, I may have been able to get my daughter in and still made it to work for half the day today. Now I will be waiting until another clinic opens at noon and will be missing the entire days shift to do so. On top of that my daughter will have to wait until the after noon to be seen by a doctor and get antibiotics for her infection. I do not recommend wasting your time with this clinic.

I had bring by 3 and 1 yo in here bc my pediatrician didn't have any openings, and I couldn't wait until the next day (pink eye symptoms). The doctor was AMAZING with my children! I was so nervous bc not all doctors are able to work well with little ones, especially toddlers! Not only was she great with the kids, but she did a great job of letting me ask questions and express my concerns without making me feel stupid. This was my first time here and I won't go to any other urgent care in the future!
