So I booked a trip with Your Premier Travel Service back in February to go to Jamaica in June. As we all know, it was cancelled because of Covid-19. So I reached out to the travel agent Sanya Tyson Wes about the issue because it was out of my control of course. She reached out to me via phone and we discussed a voucher that I could use from that point up until 2022. I was under the impression that I could get the voucher and use it to my lesion. NOOOOOTTTTT!!!!! I recently reached out to her again to receive MY VOUCHER, that I spent $300 on, to book me a trip to Jamaica., and guess what? I have to book through her to use the Voucher now. This is not what was discussed previously...... annnnnnddddddddd she did not even text me back! How did half of the group receive their $99 deposits back, but me and others couldn’t get our $300 back. Tuh.

My experience with why YPT has been a great experience overall. Sanya has recommended several hotels and I’ve taken approximately 3 to 4 trips with this company. Each time I explained to her I Didn’t know where I would like to go but I would like to go somewhere nice and I will give her my budget she would then turn around and give me 3 to 4 options to pick from and she would then go into detail explaining the ones that she is actually visited , which one she liked and which one she recommends. Each time I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. I’ve been to Jamaica a few times and Mexico and I’m currently booked for Costa Rica. I highly recommend her and her team. The response time could be a bit better but I fully understand when you have hundreds of clients you’re not the only one. I Appreciate how she personally follows up with you during your travel experience and then follow ups after the trip itself. If she does take a moment to get back with you it’s always professional and courteous.
