The woman that greeted me and helped me when I wanted to upgrade my phone made it very obvious she didnt want to help me from the moment I walked in. She told me I couldnt upgrade my phone because my plan wouldnt allow me (even though I had been told by two different stores I could). Then she said even if I was eligible she wouldnt be able to do anything because my phone was too damaged. I left, got in my car and drove to an Ann Arbor location and they confirmed I was eligible and my phone was in perfect condition. So I am writing this review on my new iPhone. Terrible experience at this location.

I'm not the most tech savvy person and I walked into the store today in hopes of having my 6 year old j7 repaired but Chris was honest and helpful informing me of things I had no clue about in regards to technology and before you know it she sent me home with a new phone and lots of protection for my new phone. Thank you Chris for your patience and your insight. She made the transaction a very enjoyable experience.
