Nicole and Melanie were so helpful finding the right sized unit for me AND at an amazing price!! SUPER kind and reasonable staff. Would recommend them to anyone who needs an affordable storage unit.

The manager was friendly and professional and the facility is good for my storage needs at a reasonable price. I would recommend this business to others.

Decent facility for the price. Some staff are friendly, but the property manager Nicole is fake, insensitive, and rude. She seems nice on the surface but is quickly disrespectful and unprofessional when someone questions something. I witnessed this in person in dealing with her and also while standing in her office while she was on the phone with a customer (or potential customer).
I tried to write a longer and much more helpful review here, but I guess it was too long, so now I have to be much more concise.
I recently voiced some concerns to Nicole regarding the price of my new unit that they had me move to when my door spring broke last year on my smaller unit. They essentially misled me with the price of the unit and now I'm paying about 40% more than I would be otherwise. Nicole was immediately defensive and combative. We went back and forth respectfully for a minute, but she then became downright nasty, cutting me off while I was talking, raising her voice, being completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I matched her attitude and starting getting angry, not at what she was saying, but because she would not let me speak and was talking over me. In the end, she pretty much finished her rant with "this conversation is over", so I said two more choice words and hung up. I'm moving my stuff out next month and taking it to a place in Plymouth that costs even more. Oh well, it's closer to home, will be more convenience, and they actually respect and value their customers. Good riddance!
Good luck in whatever you choose. Just beware of Nicole and I hope you don't have any issues while you're there because she won't truly solve them for you in the end.
