Uptown in Canton

Danielle Taylor was an excellent tour guide. She was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, and attentive. The apartment options are absolutely outstanding. I would definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a cute contemporary space in Canton. These were far better than other properties I toured in the area. If you have dogs or kids that like to play outside I would stay away from these apartments. Everywhere you walk there is dog waste. Next to the sidewalk, on the sidewalk, in the parks, near the childrens playgrounds, you name it. Every day you walk by and there is more waste than the day before. Management refuses to clean up the mess or hold the guilty parties responsible. The best idea they have is to fine every resident of a whole building if they find dog waste nearby. Im not sure I want to pay for the laziness of irresponsible pet owners when it is the managements duty to ensure clean and safe grounds. I highly doubt any of these fines would go toward paying a crew to clean up the mess. More likely it would go into the owners pockets. Stay away for your health and your pets health. Youre going to end up bringing feces into your apartment every time you take your dog on a walk. Im fed up with this and will be moving out as soon as my lease expires.

Please do not fall for the charm of the city and area. There are plenty of other apartment complexes you can choose from. This place is AWFUL. My family and I moved here from out of state and wanted a family friendly apartment and area. We love canton and wanted an apartment that felt safe and comfortable for our younger daughter. We have had countless issues arise and had to involve maintenance, our apartment flooded while we were gone, but the walls are super thin. We understand there will be noise living in an apartment, but our neighbors brought in a bass system and played their movies extremely loud. It affected our daughters sleeping and eventually health due to lack of consistent sleep. Mentally its been exhausting. We have brought up the issue to management several times and NOTHING has been done. Please take yourself and family and go elsewhere. FOLLOW UP: months later. My problem still has not been fixed or addressed and I have reached out multiple times. The residents below us have a surround sound system and it shakes the apartment. We have a 1 year old no help from anyone on addressing this.
