The guys were great. A guy helped me unload my trailer. Hardly no wait eventhough they were busy. I made $243 for a load of old appliances.

Will not be doing business ever again, called this afternoon about bringing in a car, that I had called a couple days before, was quoted 200.00 if I drove it there, 135.00 if they had to pick it up, today I called and since there was all brand new tires on it if I could get at least another 50.00 as I know they would turn around and sell those for at least 200.00 themselves, anyways the guy was very rude, actually sounding very angry, saying is this Johns wife, and I said no I am not Johns wife and he goes onto saying actually accusing me of harassing his employee's as they were getting all kinds of phone calls from someone and was jumping on me, he also said all real crabby like...well I don't know who you talked to but 75.00 is all you would get really rudely! You don't answer a business phone and be like that to someone! I will do all my future junkyard buys or sales elsewhere, if I have any scrap I will go the extra miles and go Houghton...still shocked over it, I don't recommend Menco, Pinky's to anyone! Been there off and thru the years buying used tires, parts but no more! Wish I could go negative 5 stars!
