        I really hate that I have to leave this review.. I had such high expectations. I hired Harder & Warner last summer hoping for a lush, vibrant lawn, but unfortunately, the results fell far short of expectations. Despite shelling out a significant amount of money, my yard is plagued with issues. The grass refuses to grow properly, there are constant water pools creating a soggy mess, and the overall appearance is patchy and unsightly. Communication with the company was lacking, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they had to charge me again to address the problems that never should have occurred in the first place and never truly got resolved. Now, I'm left with the worst-looking yard in a new neighborhood, and it's actually embarrassing. Two stars, because at least they showed up, even if the results were dismal. I cant afford to pour anymore money into this so Im just stuck at this point. I have been plenty patient and worked with them but I finally just had enough. Edit after owner reply: I appreciate the response and will update this review accordingly if things get fixed.

        Bought a beautiful river birch and two lovely witch hazel shrubs. The purchase was easy. Though the price for installation nearly doubled my purchase price it was worth it in the end.The delivery was timely. The install was exactly as planned. Communication was good throughout. The workers were super nice, tidy and thorough. I am sooo happy and so are my new trees! Highly recommend H&W. Service: Installation

        Recently had Harder and Warner build a retaining wall and grade the backyard to prevent water from going into our basement. They did a great job, and actually went above and beyond what was expected. Would definitely use them again if I had another project and would also recommend them to others.
