I had several questions about my mom's car since she had to be placed in a home. The service was wonderful. The service man took his time and was so kind. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

The entire team was amazing. We primarily worked with Brad and John, and both of them went above and beyond. My husband and I told them we would never buy a car from anyone else again, they earned customers for life! Thank you again! Would highly recommend!

Pfiefer was the only place I trusted to service my vehicles but the last two repairs were recalls on my F150 that they asked I take to a ford dealer. Both times I had the dealer doing the recall also do my oil change. One of them broke my skid plate and the other broke my bug shield and ended up doing $1,000s of rear end work because my warranty ran out a few days after bringing it in. Time to get an oil change so I'm bringing it back to Pfiefer. They've more than doubled their oil change price. $100 for a ford edge which doesn't include tire rotation. I can see raising the price but that much. For that price I might as well as go back to doing it myself. When I asked why, they told me it was because they were a luxury car dealership and they provide coffee and can pop in the waiting room. The ford dealer is at $60 and they provide popcorn. I guess I need to go back to the ford dealer and cross my fingers they don't find some thing else wrong with a 2016 f150. Dan Pfiefer would not have accepted that, he was a good man.
