I have waited three weeks to write this review once my fireplace repair was completed, thinking that it might soften how I felt. It didn't. While the service was great and the repair was as well, I feel that I grossly overpaid. I was quoted on the spot $475 to replace a valve that cost under $100 on the internet. The repair took almost a hour. Unfortunately, some contractors charge on your "ability to pay" and I honestly feel this happened here. I wanted my fireplace repaired so I said yes, I should not have done so.
