        Phone system is a mess, and when I got through they hung up on me. With my limited contact with them I get the impression that they are severely unorganized and would probably make my issues worse if I let them treat.

        My son just went to the Byron center emergency department. He doesn't have insurance and was told maybe he should go to the place on 44th Street because it might be cheaper!? Seriously, he went to be seen for an eye emergency and was told to find somewhere cheaper? Metro hospital isn't cheaper but, that's where he is now. Where he WILL BE seen! Thanks Trinity health!
