        PATIENTS & CAREGIVERS BEWARE, GO ELSEWHERE "Owner"/office manager/front desk/physicians keeper, apparently is all but one person is combative and short from start of phone call to end. Do not trust her with your information. Openly badmouthed the physicians "they work for me" "do it yourself", mocked and laughed at. Locked patients out of their own government given login bc she was frustrated the patient changed their password after 2 years. Likely sending money overseas. Violates Hippa daily and does not put patient care first. licensing should be looked into as well as taxes. For the money, not the patient. Seek care elsewhere, cheaper places all over the state. With staff that appreciate their physicans and patients. Refused care bc she was having a bad day, would not allow any other staff to take over. Napoleon concept for sure. Support doctors who care about patients, that's not here. Maybe she just had a very bad day but I think she's just a very MEAN person on a power trip. Vibes don't lie.
