Made my first call to this company for fall yard clean up. The owner answered my phone call (LOVE IT) and set me up on the list and within a few days, our yard looks GREAT! The crew came and notified us of their arrival as requested and proceeded to do an efficient and fabulous job. Jamie came out and quoted me for tine raking, weed/fertilizer, and also to remove 3 flower beds and topsoil/seed them and remove grass in a fenced dog run and replace with weed barrier and pea gravel. His crews did amazing work. Every employee that came out was professional, on time, and you could tell they took great pride in their work. My yard is looking so much better already. Their prices were more than fair. I have already recommended them to neighbors, friends, and family. I would not recommend this company! I used them two times for mowing and each time was left dissatisfied! The first time they mowed they blew grass all over my pool and patio which I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because my grass was very long. They charged me $75 which was fine. The second time they mowed, they blew grass all over the patio, pool, & pump leaving a thick layer of grass around my pool. As well as moving my trampoline to mow and not moving it back. I called to complain. Instead of receiving a call back I was emailed. I was told they would send someone out the next day to blow the grass but I already cleaned it up. Two days later someone showed up to blow grass for all of 3 min then I was charged $100 for the job when the grass was shorter than it was the week before! Stay away from this company!
