Kathy responded immediately when I called and arrived early to the appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and extremely detailed with her inspection. I was grateful that she took the time to educate me on everything I needed to know about my new home. Kathy was also very considerate. She uncovered issues with my new home that would be an immediate expense. Knowing I would be forking out unexpected expense, she asked me if I still wanted the radon test during the inspection. She said the repairs were a priority and if I was strapped on cash that she could do the test later on down the road. I thought that was pretty cool that she thought of my financial needs first instead of making a quick dollar. I am 100% satisfied, happy & grateful for Kathy’s thorough inspection. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone.

Kathy is amazing! She did two inspections for me in a month. She is honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. She explains everything as she’s doing it, and her report is great with easy to understand explanations and pics. She’s flexible with her appointment times too! She really works for her customers. Shes also very friendly and feels like an old friend very quickly. I highly recommend!!

Kathy Walls is absolutely INCREDICBLE! She is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. She check every inch of our property with few exceptions only bc the spaces would not allow her to squeeze through. She has a keen eye which is great for people like us who are getting their 1st house. Can't give enough praise to Kathy for doing such a wonderful job and making my husband and I feel secure buying our home!

She was very honest.answered her phone the first time i called, was flexible with appointment scheduling i could tell she was not in the inspection business for money. Thank god too, because i really would have bought that house and immediately had to spend 20-30k and that was just the first floor. I definitely will call her for all future inspections and you should too.
