First was the estimate Mr. Perzanowski was very professional. The price was affordable and He was very nice. The Crew came and were on time and very cordial. They came and finished the Job in a few days. I recommend them for any paint Job. I had my Garage Door painted and Trimming to the outside. I'm very pleased in their work. Service: Exterior painting

Service canceled by us due to your breach of contract. Minimal amount of work partially completed in 5 weeks. Did not perform task as described in the contract. Refused to complete the work on multiple occasions and did not show up on Friday Mat 14, 2021 as agreed, so that we could discuss our concerns. In fact, clearly stated that they did not want the job. The last time was via the voice mail from Supervisor on May 13, 2021 stating that they are done. They requested an additional $4,000 to be paid, even though we had an agreed upon contract price, was a blatant violation. We in good faith paid them a deposit with the expectation that they would perform as agreed and did not. Just some examples of work not done that was noted as deliverables in your quote. • Cleaning: We will clean the site daily and upon completion. Was not done - significant debris left on job. Additionally, you damaged the gutters, over sprayed the brick, and painted roofing shingles. • Loose Nails: Hammer in loose nails to secure loose boards. This was not done. • Sanding: Sand specified areas to de-gloss surface, to allow for proper adhesion, and/or minimize rough edges due to scraping. Was not done in all areas. If fact paint is already peeling due to lack of sanding. • Caulking: Caulk all gaps and cracks to seal and protect against moisture. Elastomeric product has a lifetime warranty. Was not done in several areas. • Power Washing: Remove dirt, mildew, cobwebs, and other debris to allow for proper paint adhesion and expose areas needed for scraping. Was not done in several areas. • Five Star team to clean up daily, and a thorough clean up at job completion. Debris left daily. Still on job at this point. If fact, there is a dead animal in one of the paint buckets you have left on site. • Unless specified otherwise, Five Star Painting will spray body and brush and roll trim. Did not brush and roll the trim that was completed, only sprayed. Additionally, in most areas you only applied one coat vs the agreed upon double coat. • Five Star will conduct a thorough walk-around with the customer to ensure nothing is missed. You did not show on agreed upon date of May 14, 2021 to address our issues. Had to hire another contractor to repair the bad work performed by Five Star at a much higher cost. Job was so bad the new painter had to begin from scratch. Service: Exterior painting
