Bryon Gough is a lazy agent. I don't think he is capable of really working hard. Be mindful, if you're not on his friend list, he'll screw you over in a heartbeat. Never use him as a buyer/seller agent.

We worked with Bryon Gough for both selling our home and finding a new one. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. We debated if we needed a realtor in today's market and let me tell you...you do! We would have missed out on considerable amount of money on our old home if we listed it ourselves, as well as our new home had he not known what to put in the offer to make our offer stand out. It's nice to know you are working with someone who has your back in this process. Bryon was incredible!

Bryon was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking at, very personable and I must say very patient! Once we found the home we wanted, he led us perfectly through the offer process offering up great suggestions and advice. Then once we had an accepted offer, he provided the best service possible with runs like inspections and other closing requirements. To top it off, after the closing took place, he has been extremely helpful in lining up whatever services or contractors we needed to make sure our transition was seamless. We couldnt have asked for a better agent and a better person.

Bryon Gough recently represented myself and my husband on the purchase of real estate. We found Bryon to be very professional, responsive and personable. He made the process of viewing the property simple, and was very accommodating. Bryon is very knowledgeable about the purchase process.
