Crack appeared 8 days after pouring driveway and sidewalk. Spent a lot of money to have a nice big crack right on the sidewalk/ driveway is interface. Also, never came out and did a final cleanup (still have the large stakes. Only response was basically … cracks happen . While they did a good job working on the cement steps I requested them to, they did a terrible job in terms of cleaning up the project site leaving most of the work for me. While it wasn't to big of a deal I do expect a certain level of professionalism when I am paying so much for a service.

THIS IS A COMPANY THAT IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! THEY CAN NOT KEEP TO A SCHEDULE, THEIR WORD ON BILLING, OR DO A JOB PROPERLY-BUYER BEWARE! Our old sprinkler company went out of business. Called around and got the lowest start-up/winterization package rate from Matt of $110. Asked for invoice in July, but he stated that he bills everyone "at the end of the season." Invoice received at the end of the season has new price of $130. Emailed Matt, who has no recollection of $110 price agreement. In general, Matt is very disorganized and difficult to reach. You may be scheduled for one day, but there is always an "issue," ie truck broke down, traffic, etc. so you will be bumped to another day. Also, was informed that a brass cap was needed to complete start-up which we gladly paid for. I asked for it at the winterization and was told that it would be placed in timer box. IT WAS NEVER PLACED THERE! Not only that, the guy accidentally shut off the water to the interior of the home! Good thing I was trying to cook otherwise, we would not have any running water! This is the absolute worst experience I have had in my 30 years of owning a home with a sprinkler company in Michigan. Good riddance!
