        I called Paul im handicapped home-bound & bed-bound and he came out looked at my situation promptly saw that I had a broken pipe up under my mobile home told me to tear off some skirting so the big pile of ice could melt so he could see the problem in the spring, when it thawed. He even smoothed some things over with our chief of police about when this work could be done without charging me the visit fee. Paul was consise and able to offer great advice as to insulating the future pipe and closure of the below structure he really knows what hes doing. Thank you Paul ;-)
