Pawsitively Spoiled of Brighton

It seems the service went from good to bad lately. be careful taking your dogs here. I have a dog that is hard to groom due to its size and coat. Before even letting them groom him I asked if they can handle this breed. They said of course. Turns out they didn't dry my dog's hair properly and he got a skin infection that a vet confirmed a week later. The skin infection is caused by the hair not being dried thoroughly. Called the owner and told her what happened and received nothing but anger and "vets don't know anything","do you know how long it took to do your dog?" and "we do everything right". Unfortunatly it was not the case this time. I received no compensation for what happened. and we will be looking else where. I just hope nothing happens to your loved ones.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE OR PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!! Today (12/19) I was having lunch at stone fire restaurant next door and walked in to this store to buy my 2 dogs some treats. I walked in to a younger thin brunette woman HITTING a small shitzu dog and yelling at the dog!!! I was SO APPALLED that I yelled stop it! That is animal abuse!! She responded by locking the dog in a room and saying "Don't worry about it thats MY dog!!" I don't care who's dog it is, I would NEVER hit or abuse my innocent pets and if she's hitting her own dog then who knows what she would do to other peoples dogs. HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO KEEP YOUR DOGS SAFE AND DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.
