Horrible experience all around.Very difficult to deal with. 2 sons had surgery scheduled. Both through same insurance.Preapproval after insurance cost was under $500 each. 2 months after 1st surgery received bill for $1,400. Said not covered. Office/Doctor was in network during consult, but now not...seems suspicious. 7 months of phone calls and emails to fight outstanding balance. Even 3 way calls with insurance went poorly due to office staff.Cancelled other son's surgery only to see they filed a claim and my insurance paid 100% (for a surgery that never happened) They since returned the money to the insurance company, received a payout from insurance company and refunded a partial amount back to me. Not worth 7 months of hassle and still have a son that needs surgery.

Aaron - as greasy as his hair
Went to Aaron for a simple procedure, as he was the cheapest around (I had to pay out of pocket) now I see why. Horrible bedside manner, Thinks he's the most important person in the world. I will say the 1 star is fair as hes doing a great job destroying what his daddy gave him.
The former staff complaints only solidify my thoughts. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else, even if they operate out of a shopping cart in an alley of a strip club. You'll be way better off than with this A-hole.
I went to my dentist today, thinking I had an infection because of the pain (2 weeks later). My dentist is usually very jovial and happy. He looked in my mouth, was silent and shook his head and could not believe the lack of care Aaron provided.
I'm now on an antibiotics and a prescription mouthwash that Aaron should have scripted (per my real dentist).
Lastly, spend a bit more time looking for that top button on that shirt. You are clearly proud of your chest hair, dont subject the rest of us to it.

If you can tolerate pain and little to no sleep for 48 hours plus be ignored by this doctor and their office staff for more than 48 hours...go for it! Yes i called them the next morning and got no relief just some rude remarks from staff and ignored by the doctor. I even called them back a few hours later only to get same response.  Do not drive tired, it is the equivalent of drunk driving and that was all they asked of me during the last phone call. Doctor called 53 hours later, what a joke! It was too little too late. Typical of a narcissist who won't study the X-ray before pulling, brutal practice!

I was scheduled for an oral surgery with Dr. Aaron Ruskin. It was like going to the circus and he was the Head Clown. He came into the room, started opening sterile surgical packs, then I could see him out of my peripheral vision ripping packs open and virtually throwing them back on the table. The Nitrous Oxide was turned on and being inhaled by me. Less than 10 minutes after getting in the room, Dr. Aaron Ruskin told me he did not have the right surgical instruments to do my surgery. He told me to go home. When I returned to the front desk and asked for a date to reschedule my surgery, I was told it could be a week, a month, or whenever. He is the most incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional, unprepared Surgeon I have ever been to.
I’m a retired Nurse, who has assisted in many surgeries. Never have I witnessed a good Surgeon unprepared as he was. 2 months prior I had sent to him all the information regarding my implant posts. Obviously, he never looked at them. What a joke! If your time is valuable, seek out other Maxillo-Facial Surgeons. For your own piece of mind.
