        DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Extremely poor customer service! I went in today to upgrade my mother's flip phone (she's 89 and doesn't like change). Santino sold us the new flip phone, said there was no way to move the contacts from the old phone and didn't even activate the new phone!! He ran the credit card, put the new phone & receipt in the bag and sent us on our way. We went down Grand River Ave. to the T-Mobile store next to the DQ, and were promptly helped cheerfully & efficiently by Hrant & Matthew!!

        Went in to this store to have my phone looked at. Found out i was on outdated plan they helped me out and i was able to get my phone issue resolved and walked out with an Ipad for only 5$ increase on my bill! I saw some negative reviews but I found out the store is under new management and there were 4 people working when I came in. I suggest giving the store another shot!

        What a disgrace. Went in this past Saturday. The place looks like it's been cleaned out. As soon as we walked in, the only employee working went into the backroom and closed the door (he was on a personal call) and left us standing there. Never came back out, not even when the door chimed as we left. Terrible service. Avoid this store.
