        We've banked with TCF for 16 years for our business. We have personal accounts here as well. Overall the bank as a whole is a good bank. This branch, however, is a joke. I have to wait sometimes 30 minutes to get to a windows because of either a lack of staff or experience there. It is easier for me to drive an extra 20 minutes to another branch than to wait in line here.
