      image What a exasperating experience. The reservation was NOT in the computer yet the credit card had been charged. No trailer was ready for us and when WE were sent to find the trailer that was made availible, none of the lights worked on said trailer. The older gentleman was rude and when he was frustrated with our angst he ignored us and helped another customer. VERY DISAPPOINTED .
