I would not recommend this company to anyone. They failed to line up correct permits before ordering material. I had trusses and a lumber package sitting in my yard from May 16th (the original start date) until the job was finally cleared to begin on July 22nd. Fed up and sick of waiting- I ended up having to pull the correct permits on my own. After informing the owner I handled the permits, I was given several start dates and still nobody showed up on those dates as promised. Once the job finally started, it was stopped again with multiple failed inspections. They would show up at 11am, work until 3pm and leave with no return day or time given. I was told this job would take no longer than 5 days. Once the job was finally done-TWO WEEKS later, the site was left a mess along with our personal property (adirondack chairs) vandalized with customers numbers etched in them and two of the four chairs cracked and left unrepairable. The employees left cigarette butts, garbage they didn’t feel like cleaning up and a bunch of nails, razor blades, and metal trimmings scattered throughout our yard. This was the worst experience I have ever been through. Unless you feel like begging somebody to complete your project and spending hours of your time cleaning up after his crew once they finally decide to build your barn, I would NEVER suggest hiring Built Rite.
