Steve Roote and his wife Rose Newton, owners of Green Horizons, are all about serving their clients, making sure things are done quickly, properly and efficiently.  We had several shingles blown off our roof in high winds and water started to seep into our hallway ceiling.  It was a very stressful time, that is, until we talked with Steve Roote.  The words out of Steve's mouth were, "I'll take care of you" and that's exactly what he did!  He took charge of the insurance claim, shared with us each step and helped us navigate when the insurance company needed to hear from us directly.  He let us know when his crew would be here, what they would be doing and made the whole process run smoothly. His crew members were knowledgeable and were able to explain the technique and answer questions I had along the way.  They did a tremendous job from beginning to end and the new roof looks great! Highly Recommend!! We had a great experience working with Steve and his very knowledgeable installer. They were very quick to respond and even came out the same day we called to inspect the roof repair that was caused by wind damage. What is most impressive is this was over a holiday weekend and they had the repair completely fixed before any other company could even call us back. They also took the service one step further when the shingles we had on hand did not match our current roof - instead of just using those and getting the "job done" Tony recommended and located an almost identical shingle and came back the following day to make sure the roof repair was completed to the highest standard. Steve and Rose were amazing to work with! In world full of uncertainties they sure made you feel certain about the quality and workmanship they provide. The solutions he offered always resulted in a quality product that offered a win-win solution to all involved. We felt that his first concern truly was our satisfaction. Both as a businessman and as a craftsman, Steve infused his work with integrity. The respect he extends to his customers was also displayed by his hard working crew.
