        Called twice, office & cell, did not get a call back. Was an emergency situation, called Matelski plumbing, he was here in 30 minutes and stopping the water coming into the house. My mistake was the taking the recommendation from a neighbor to call Bingham in the first place. Customer service is certainly not high at Bingham Plumbing & Heating.

        They don't answer the phone and it goes to a fax machine , I heard they do good work but no voicemail and send you straight to a Fax machine makes me wonder. I guess I will update if I can ever get a hold of anyone or just find a different company.
