Double D Heating & Cooling

We made an appointment for a minor gas leak about 2 weeks out. Dan came out… our system so old didn’t have the part, so they had to order. Got a call the next day they had the part!! Nope. Toooo old. Dan traveled the counties looking for the piece! Have to rebuild! Came out… my system literally disintegrated when taken apart it was so old! Dan climbed under the “itty bitty” crawl space, in the cold and snow, and I HAVE HEAT!!! I also had lots of communication, kindness and … communication!!! I’m hooked!! They are always extremely friendly and personable! Dan has been to our house for various things with our heater and ac and has always been able to find and fix the issue without and hassle. They are more than willing to work with you on your schedule. I had a family emergency and they were able to come out Hurd before their scheduled time so I would be able to be with my family. AHS had assigned Double D to work on my broken AC.. I saw water leak coming from the unit. The repair person who came used a knife to break portion of the pipe stating that it was clogged and that leak problem will be taken care of and cooling should resume. Now water is getting everywhere from the broken pipe .. When asked to do a cooling vent check using a thermometer as I had seen other in New Jersey do, the person said he didnt have one.
