Jax Car Wash is amazing! They are very thorough and quick! The team is amazing! I especially love the work of John who leads in car details. He normally works on my vehicle. He is an incredibly hard worker - always goes above and beyond. What I love most about him is that he is always so professional and pleasant! I go to Jax Car Wash just to have him work on my vehicle! Highly recommend!

In general the service on my cars is good, though before they closed down the lobby everything was better. The detail that is so disappointing is the customer lounge. If you are going to close the walk in lobby for the full service customers and remove that experience, you could at least provide a decent lounge. Bad mismatched furniture, a water dispenser with no water bottle, 2 TVs with no content, a vacuum cleaner in the corner and a less that pleasant smell is surprising. And there is no restroom. Add to this that we have to drive our own cars through even as top paying full service customers. This would be understandable if they at least made an effort to create some sort of decent customer experience. This is Birmingham it is puzzling that they would not offer the kind of experience this public is accustomed to. So much for customer service.

I heard great things about Jax detailing but ended up Extremely disappointed with the 335$ bumper to bumper service I asked for. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. I had to ask the guy to Vacuum the trunk out before I left, it was literally untouched. there was dirt on the back seats that I was able to easily scraped off with my finger nail, there was dirt on the body and the jamb between my trunk and body was untouched despite being filthy with mud and debris. The work I got was on par with the $120 service I once received from a guy on Facebook who drove to my house, wish I had just gone with that. Save your money go elsewhere.
