        I canceled my policy on 9-25-23 and Alvin is still trying to get money out of me by not canceling like I requested. I called and emailed and each time he lied and said he canceled it

        This place DONT deserve 1 star. I was overcharged due to forms that was sent in multiple times. When they finally relized the docs were sent months ago they credited my account for only a portion of the charges, so I decided to cancel my policy. Now they wont issues my correct refund amount. This staff is very unorganized, unprofessional lazy and incompetent to say the least. I would never use allstate for anything due to this particular agencys lack of consideration for customer's. I cant believe this place is still in business. You give Allstate a bad name!
