        Horrible customer service. Six months after a dental appointment and they have yet to pay their portion of the bill. No answer from customer service line.

        Customer service is great and they always take the time to explain benefits. I bill this company for vision reimbursements and have never had an issue. Most frames and lenses can be covered significantly, if not completely. Great for family plans and individual.
