Story time: From Kansas, Visited big rapids Michigan and been there for a few days. Suddenly felt flu symptoms, the woman I was talking to worked here and I kept telling her I wanted to be seen. She was telling me that if I didnt intercourse with her in a room that she would deny me. So I had to drive all the way to Grand Rapids. She wouldnt quit sending me unsolicited snaps of her naked in the rooms, restroom and testing stations of the hospital. So very unprofessional, very very very wrong to have someone working there that is like that. Very unsafe. Needless to say I am no longer gonna talk to her and will be reporting her The nurses name is: Brandie Hubble. Very unprofessional. Will be reporting the whole hospital

The 2 ladies at the front desk had no communication skills unless it had to do with gossiping about how their schedules are wrong and they need go get them changed and about how shes not working any overtime in the summer because shes taking that time off, or about how Brooke is still on the schedule and they cant share her job on Facebook or tell others because it still isnt posted on indeed. We went and we checked in and were asked if wed like to do the telehealth (whatever they call it there) option and we said that we would, so we get all checked in and are waiting for our turn to be called back because we had some people in front of us. Two hours pass by, so we start to wonder when well be seen. A girl waiting (who was there before us), got up and asked when shed be seen because people who came in a hour after her had been back already and the ladies at the front desk said youll be next. Someone who got there an hour after we did walked up to the desk and asked how many people were ahead of her and the ladies at the desk said 8 in person and 3 telehealth. Moments later the same person goes up to ask if she can be switched from in person to a telehealth and one of the ladies said that shed check with the provider. The provider was fine with it and the patient is told youll be next. I walk up to the desk because 3 people for telehealth later and were still sitting there. I ask when were going to be seen if shes next and came in well after us. The lady says well youre here for in person so theres 8 ahead of you and I said no, we are here for telehealth and she said I dont know who switched it and asked the other receptionist and she said oh, she switched it in the back - she switched our appointment AND DIDNT COMMUNICATE THAT SHE DID and then goes on to say youll be next. (Why give it as an option if youre just going to change it and not tell the patient anyway?) And guess what 3 people after me when up to ask when theyd be seen and they were all next too. And after that, they went right back to gossiping about the schedule and just sitting at the desk telling people they were next. We waited 3 hours and we will NEVER waste my time here again. When we were finally seen, Ashley and Alexandra did an amazing job. But due to the unprofessional receptionists and the constant lying of being next, we will gladly drive to Grand Rapids or Cadillac. I wish I could give negative stars because I wont recommend this place to anyone.

A family member was brought in to the ER for a stroke and the staff was amazing. Super fast to respond, diagnose, and treat. The nurses and doctors were all phenomenal.

Wow. 5am I bring my daughter in and we are immediately roomed, saw the doctor within 15 minutes and the compassion the staff showed my girl when she was scared and sick was just wonderful. The gentle bedside manner made her feel safe and to quote her "they not scary and help me momma!" She then proceeded to hug her doctor.
