        Beautiful lighthouse overlooking the Bluffs on Lake Superior. It is not open to tours in the winter and its a bed-and-breakfast. There is a fence around the structure that prevents casual entry so respect it.

        This was definitely one of the highlights of our recent trip to the UP. This lighthouse has been beautifully restored, the guest rooms are comfortable with tasteful furnishings, lovely breakfast, owner (Nick) is charming and accomodating. It's one of those places you want to tell everyone about - but also don't want to tell anyone about! ;) Thanks for a wonderful stay, Nick.
