Northern Rental Management

The house (Betsie Woods) was great! Very clean and well stocked with everything needed - especially the kitchen. Everything needed for preparing large meals and providing for a large group. The rental process was easy and the folks were extremely accommodating. Would definitely rent through NRM again.

NEVER BOOK WITH NORTHERN RENTAL MANAGEMENT!!! They cancelled my daughter and son-in-law's July 4th week cottage rental Saturday June 23rd!!! The cottage was paid in full and confirmed 6 weeks ago. They DOUBLE BOOKED!!!! Said sorry and "Good luck". They do not honor their contracts. Not a company to do business with!!!

If I could rate Northern Rental Management a "negative 10" I would, but unfortunately that is not an option. They double booked the Crystal Lake rental property that we reserved (by way of a full payment a month in advance) for the Fourth of July. They did not contact us about THEIR mistake with the double booking until one week before we were set to depart for our 4th of July family vacation, at which time they simply canceled our reservation and issued a refund. We were left with no where to stay and no help from them to fix THEIR mistake. Horrible business practices and zero goodwill. Working with them has been a nightmare that ruined our family holiday. Please think twice before doing business with them.
