        Took two self-propelled Toro mowers in for repair in the spring, neither would start. It took 6 weeks and $250. You'd think they would prioritize and maybe look at one of them right away so we would have a mower, the grass doesn't cut itself while we are waiting. And they charge $80/hour. Could have bought a new one instead of repairing these. The woman behind the counter was very judgmental and sent a kid out who couldn't load by himself and my 65 year old wife hurt her back helping him load.

        Came to pick up my riding mower that would not start. Looked at it tightened up loose wire and loose battery cables. Seems to be working and didnt charge me a thing. Very good customer service. I have used them in the past and will continue to use their services
