        If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst experience ever! We bought a trailer from Shadow Trailer World in December 2020, but was never able to use it because Dana failed to get us a title. After 5+ months and a million excuses from Dana we ended up having to hire a lawyer to get the matter resolved. Save your time and money: go somewhere other than Shadow Trailer World!!!

        Stopped in for a quote. When the service department called back he talked to me like I was stupid and wanted to charge a lot more money than I was quoted at other places.
