I absolutely love Dr. Fullbright and she listens to my concerns and is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I am extremely grateful for everything she has done for me. She has helped me out with things that the best doctors in the nation couldn't help me with. I owe her everything. But I absolutely hate hate hate the reception staff at the office! I've called multiple days and multiple times and I'm always on hold for a minimum of 40 minutes and then they hang up on me after waiting. That is completely unacceptable!! You have sick patients that need help asap and not answering the phone is not an option. I've had to drive there in person twice now cus they won't pick up the phone when I call! Completely unacceptable. Fire your reception staff immediately or you'll be losing business for sure! I'd give my doctor 5 stars but negative stars if I could for reception.

I've been attending this practice for 9 years now, with Dr Keith predominantly as my GP. She has always been extremely considerate and well versed, as have the nurse practitioners. The receptionists are also almost without exception cheerful and polite. Charging has also been fair too, with a little fluctuation between doctors. Dr Keith's charging has always been extremely fair and consistent for services rendered.

Ok, I don’t know what is up with the bad reviews! I was a bit leery about coming because of the low reviews, but not having transportation and staying at Andrews makes it so you don’t have many options. But I’ve had to come twice in one week and both times I had a great experience! Super duper friendly, professional, and the facility was excellent! Definitely recommend it!
