Took a lot to convincing my son to get his hurt tooth looked at, I Called about the abscess and cavity in his tooth. We talked about a time and she tells me bring my other 2 kids in for a cleaning same time, I agree. We all 4 get there wait 1.5 hours after my scheduled time to get seen. Waiting room has nothing for children to play with. When we got seen, She cleaned their teeth with a childrens tooth brush and tooth paste from the bag they gave the kids to take home. Never used a single tool to check for any pain or cavities within the tooth. I see decay on a tooth before we left and she said no cavities Never fixed a single issue I called for and told us to come back for the cavity to be filled. I do not recommend for small children. The Dr's are extremely unprofessional and I've never seen any equipment being sanitized or anything opened new. I don't know if it's coincidental that I wind up sick every time after I leave, but it doesn't seem like it is. Whenever I tell them what's wrong, they don't listen to me. The caps always fall off my teeth and they blame it on me even though I've told them they were put on too tight. They never know what the game plan is when you come in in, and they don't refer to any x-rays or notes. They don't make anything look appealing either, but rather do as quick a job as possible and it ends up being a total hack job every time. The first few times I went, I was happy with their services, but they have since gone downhill. The Dr's and techs are always running late and the receptionist is rude and never returns calls! I would find an alternative!

No empathy the assistance and receptionist are all amazing but chloe son is very aggressive and rudeconstantly reminded me she was retired and hinted that I was stressful because of my high anxiety unfortunately this is where my insurance covers

Great experience every visit Chloe is a very positive and energetic individual she really wants to make sure you have a great smile I would recommend her services to others.
