Just had my front door replaced. Excellent workmanship. 2 guys removed my old door and install the replacement in less than 2 hours. Mitre corners perfect. Weather seals are tight, will be nice in winter. Cleaned up everything I'm very happy. I've been in Remodeling for 40 years till I retired, so I know what to look for and know how to respect a installer's work. One more note, after comparing companies Berkely Door and Window had the best price and the best customer service from day one. I advise you to check them out.

We recently had a glass panel installed in our French doors by Jed and his assistant. They were on time and professional. Would definitely use them again.

UPDATE: Since my original review, the company contacted me to apologize and we set up another estimate. Todd himself came personally to apologize and came back with a very reasonable price so we ordered French doors. It took awhile to get the door in stock, but the office regularly contacted me with updates from the manufacturer (who was backed up and explained the delay). After the door was in stock, they were able to quickly schedule an installation. The team that came out to install were prompt and professional. Overall, we are VERY happy with our doors, and just as importantly impressed with the companys commitment to make right a misunderstanding. I would recommend this company absolutely. I set up an appointment for someone to come to my home to give an estimate for interior French doors. I was called the night before by a man named Todd to let me know he would arrive between 10 and noon, so I arranged to be home (with my two young children) during this time. Todd never showed up. He didnt respond to my call, so I called the office and was quickly informed, somewhat unapologetically, that my Detroit address couldnt be serviced. When I asked when I was going to be informed of this, having given my address when I set up the appointment, she said she didnt know. When I asked why my address couldnt be serviced, she said it might be a bad area. We are looking to pay for a quality door, and after this unprofessional interaction will happily spend our money elsewhere.

I called to place a $20,000+ window order and asked beforehand if their service radius area included Detroit, I was told it did. Once I gave the woman my address she put me on hold to check the map and then came back and said she was mistaken and that they dont service my neighborhood. It seems to me this decision was based off glancing at an outdated photo and some good old-fashioned prejudice. This is modern day redlining.

Excellent salesman, Jim very helpful and answered all our questions, Savannah does the scheduling and sending invoices thorough and accommodating. The guys who installed are fabulous did a great job installing. The product the garage door is the best quality product. I would highly recommend shopping here!
