Auto One Glass & Accessories

Spoke with Mark at Auto One this morning thinking that I might have to buy a new starter for my mom's car. He told me to bring it in and offered to take a look at it. Was completely surprised AND relieved when he told me that the starter was still working fine. Went over some details with me on how this particular starter works to avoid the situation in the future which I really appreciated since it's not my car. His honesty blew me away, he could have pushed a new starter and I wouldn't have known the difference. I'm really thankful and will think of Mark and Auto One when a starter or glass issue arises in the future!

I just want to take a second to say thank you to Mark and his team at auto one in Berkeley. My back car window got smashed in and he was able to repair it the next day within just a few hours. His service was friendly and quick and it made the whole terrible ordeal a little bit better. Its good to know there are still good folks in this world who provide good service. Thank you all again.

I had a wonderful experience at Auto One Glass & Accessories! I needed to get a new windshield installed, and they made the process so easy and stress-free. I called to schedule an appointment when they opened, and they were able to get me in that day. When I arrived, Mark was friendly and welcoming. He explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. The windshield was Ordered, Delivered and Installed in about 4 hours! The technician was very careful and did a great job. I was also impressed with how clean and organized the shop was. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Auto One Glass & Accessories. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass or accessories. Mark Also had the best prices around.
