Very poor phone etiquette, had a bad experience trying to speak to someone at this company. and just like I've read in other reviews for this business, I ALSO WAS HUNG UP ON.

I would not recommend this outfit for anything related to home improvement. Roofing is supposed to be their specialty, but after 2 years, I’ve experienced three leaks. My basic requirement when getting a new roof is NO LEAKY ROOF. And, like many others reviewing this outfit, I have 8-10 unanswered calls, and no returned calls. It would be a good business practice to stand by your work. These guys obviously don’t. Don’t get a quote from New Beginnings, unless you’re looking for a bad experience...and a leaky roof.

Thanks for a very well done siding and gutter job at my place off Birch Street in Woodhaven. They did a good job, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. We paid 50% down in August of 2019 for work to begin in November 2019. When November came, I *had* to call asking when they would be out only to be told that they are down a crew and would not be out until March 2020. March 2020 comes, I *had* to call again to see when they would be out, end of March. Then Coved hit. I *had* to call again to see when they would be out. The job was finally completed in July 2020, almost a year after they took my money.

We signed a contract with this company to install siding on our garage on August 13, 2019. It is December 3, 2019 and the work has not started. We paid 50% down and the company is not returning our phone calls. Horrible!!!
