Retained Goldman Suliman, referred to us by the Michigan Bar Association, for a property damage case where an "inanimate object" (i.e. a 1000-pound steel gate with a motor rolling into the roadway) being maintained by an unlicensed technician closed onto and struck my wife's vehicle while she was proceeding through the gate at 10 mph. Multiple previous similar events at the same gate, definitely fraudulent or neglectful behavior by the property owner. These attorneys had no motivation to seek justice, only to bill us for their time to research the law ,file papers and roll over. Apparently there's no money in justice when going against a bigger firm. This was a horrible experience. To be fair, I suspect that their behaviors are consistent with 99/100 attorneys in America, who would also get one star from me.
