The entire experience was poor due to the lack of customer service! We went on 8/18/2012 around 2 PM, the girl working was more interested with her phone, then anyone in the store. We did not receive a greeting when we walked in, didn't get asked if need needed help. When we attempted to check out two people were at the from near the register, which they had been there for a while, still deciding what they were purchasing. We waited for about 1 min, before we went around them to check out. The girl behind the counter, just stared at us and then said, they where next in line. One there wasn't a line, second they were still figuring out what they were purchasing. If they were in line to check out and she was already working with them, she could have at least been polite. Never the less we were about to spend at least $20 but instead we left the store. As we were leaving the two people were still shopping not even ready to check out! Local businesses will not last with poor customer service and we will never be back to this location.
