***SCAM ALERT BEWARE*** I contacted Paul about a case in Bay County. He asked for a retainer so he was paid the amount he requested as he talked a big game. Unfortunately, he is just a con man and lied about everything. Once he took our money he did not file any motions and did not attend any hearings on our case which led to a $100,000 default judgement! He has avoided our calls and emails. He is a con man and fraud and his license should be revoked immediately!

I don't even know where to start with this. I have done work with Paul for years and the last 2 years he has gone totally down hill. He kept lying to me telling me my court dates were changing. I would drive 2 hours for appointments and he would not be there. Come to find out, not a single thing was done on my case and it got dismissed because of that. I recommend you call your clerks office to see how far along your case actually is because I guarantee he hasn't done anything on it. He will give you the same excuse about his assistant not doing anything but they have done more than he ever has.
