        WOW! Talk about excellent customer service! We were referred to Quality through our Home Warranty Company and while the home warranty company was actually not able to help, Quality Plumbing picked up the ball and ran with it. Harley made sure to do whatever was necessary to get us a hot water heater and get it installed asap. The tenacity and amazing customer service will have us singing your praises for a long time. We are so grateful and appreciative. Your staff have all been so wonderful - professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you for getting us so taken care of. You better make sure you never let Harley leave lol. In a time when few companies understand customer service or satisfaction - this one nailed it, she's a keeper!
