        Jill is AMAZING. There's no way to describe how happy I am that we found her. My dog is terrified of being groomed. And Jill is the most patient ever. She got right down on the floor with him and did everything she could to make him feel more comfortable. There is nobody I would rather take Chico to for his haircuts. She does such a great job, even though he's not the easiest client to work with. I recommend her to everyone I know.

        I inherited my sisters dog when she passed away from Corona virus. He was very traumatized because he was attacked by a Rottweiler. she was absolutely wonderful with him and his haircut looks great and he's walking better. It was great how she handled him and let him have time to calm down and. I can't say enough about this place wonderful

        Jill does an excellent job. My dog was a little weary of me leaving her there, and Jill literally sat on the floor and consoled her until she felt comfortable!! I have been to many different groomers in Battle Creek and hadn’t found one that I love. I will be coming back!
