    They have everything you need! I stopped in to get paint supplies for my living room and I also got a great deal on a huge bag of bird seed, bird feeders, a giant bird feeder holder, planters for a bunch of huge plants, dog treats. Dog chew toys, dog food, cat litter. Youname it!

    I was there on memorial. I asked the first worker I found if she could help me she said Im doing inventory I said thats OK Ill get another worker you could tell she was very annoyed that I asked for help. I was told to get a flatbed cart, I could not find one anywhere! Im trying to find one and There are many employees standing around. Not one of them asked if I needed help. I had to ask another person where to find them and they were not where I was told they would be. I understand that people are overworked and underpaid but if youre going to work with the public, you need to be helpful and friendly.

    Our checkout lady was very nice as were the girls in the garden center. The service counter lady was the best. Everything was good until we went to pick up the pavers we had purchased. There was a delivery truck blocking one customer in and we couldnt get to the pavers. I understand having deliveries, but this truck could have parked over to the side so your customers could get the product. The customer that was blocked in was named Brian and he actually helped us carry the pavers to our truck. I was not impressed to say the least.

    I rented their pick-up truck for an hour. The check-in was terrible, with the customer service employees being rude and inappropriate to me and the rest of the customers. They did not have the essential communication skills to be the face of Menards, with supervisors looking on and doing nothing. I returned the truck in less than 75 minutes which is a flat $19.00. they charged me an extra $5.00 for having it longer than 75 minutes. I objected, and after an extended huddle with everyone working behind the counter, it was determined that I was overcharged $5.00, and they would return the $5.00 as a favor to me but in a store credit which I refused. When I pointed out that the error was theirs, they were inappropriate, with the employee stating she did not owe me $5.00 that the store did, apparently implying I was trying to get her to pay out of her pocket. The whole procedure was filled with incompetence and rudeness. I rarely shop there, but I will never return. They act like they are the only hardware store in the area.

    I had a pick up order and Jack was so helpful loading the wood into my truck and also I was very impressed that he took the time and went through the pieces to make sure I got the best ones. He was great!
